مقدمة حول دليل الإرشاد المهني Introduction to Career Guidance Manual

نظرة عامةOverview

يقدم دليل الإرشاد المهني مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تعمل على مساعدة الطلبة والأهالي على اكتشافهم لذاتهم وميولهم المهنية في سنٍ مبكرة، حيث تم تطوير هذا الدليل بما يتناسب مع القدرات الفردية والجماعية للطلبة في الصفوف السابع والثامن والتاسع الأساسي في مدارس وكالة الغوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين، وبما يراعي البيئة المحلية والفروقات الفردية للطلبة. The Career Guidance Manual offers a variety of activities and events that help students and parents discover themselves and their career interests at an early age. This manual has been developed to suit the individual and collective capabilities of students in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades in UNRWA schools, taking into account the local environment and individual differences among students.

هيكل الدليلManual Structure

يحتوي هذا الدليل على ثلاث وحدات أساسية موزعة على الصفوف المذكورة سابقاً وهي: This manual contains three main units distributed across the aforementioned grades:

  1. الأولى (للصف السابع) بعنوان "الوعي الذاتي والاستكشاف المهني" والتي تركز على اكتشاف الطالب لذاته وميوله، ما يحب وما يستطيع ان يفعله. First (for 7th Grade) titled "Self-Awareness and Career Exploration" which focuses on the student's self-discovery and interests, what they like and what they can do.
  2. الثانية (الصف الثامن) بعنوان "الاهتمامات والميول المهنية وسوق العمل" وهي التي تعمل على توسيع مدارك الطلبة حول سوق العمل واحتياجاته. Second (8th Grade) titled "Interests, Career Inclinations, and Labor Market" which works to expand students' understanding of the labor market and its needs.
  3. الثالثة (الصف التاسع) بعنوان "تعزيز التخطيط المهني المستقبلي" والتي نبدأ من خلالها بتحضير أبنائنا الطلبة واكسابهم المهارات اللازمة لعملية التخطيط المهني. Third (9th Grade) titled "Enhancing Future Career Planning" through which we begin preparing our students and equipping them with the necessary skills for the career planning process.

للوصول لهذا الدليل فقد قام فريق العمل بإتباع منهجية متفق عليها مع وكالة الغوث وتشغيل اللاجئين، اعتمدت هذه المنهجية على التدرج في التخطيط والتصميم والمراجعة والخروج بالشكل النهائي لهذا الدليل. To develop this manual, the working team followed a methodology agreed upon with UNRWA, which was based on gradual planning, design, review, and finalizing the manual.

  • مساعدة الطلبة على التعبير عن مشاعرهم وأفكارهم بثقةHelp students express their feelings and thoughts confidently
  • تعزيز الثقة بالنفس لدى الطلبةEnhance students' self-confidence
  • تطوير مهارات التواصل الشفويDevelop oral communication skills

الأنشطة المقترحة:Suggested Activities:

  • لعبة "من أنا" حيث يصف الطالب نفسه دون ذكر اسمه"Who Am I" game where students describe themselves without mentioning their names
  • رسم لوحة تعبر عن شخصية الطالبDrawing a picture that expresses the student's personality
  • مناقشة جماعية حول أهمية التعبير عن الذاتGroup discussion about the importance of self-expression

يهدف دليل الإرشاد المهني لطلبة الأونروا إلى تمكين الطلبة من اكتشاف ذواتهم وميولهم المهنية، وتطوير مهارات التخطيط للمستقبل، واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة بشأن مساراتهم التعليمية والمهنية. من خلال الأنشطة والجلسات التدريبية المتنوعة، يكتسب الطلبة المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة للنجاح في حياتهم المهنية والمساهمة في بناء مجتمعهم. The UNRWA Career Guidance Manual aims to empower students to discover themselves and their career interests, develop future planning skills, and make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. Through various activities and training sessions, students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their careers and contribute to building their community.
